This high temperature, heat and flame resistant Silica XT) tadpole tape will withstand temperatures of 2000°F / 1093°C continuous exposure. Fabricated from SilicaXT fabric and SilicaXT Rope for the core, or with stainless steel mesh for the core.
This material resists most acids and alkalis and is unaffected by most bleaches and solvents. It is highly flexible and conformable.
Typical applications for this seal and gasket tadpole tape are for gate valves; oven, furnace and kiln door and access cover gaskets.
